Plesk won’t let you create multiple databases with the same user account.   Here is the workaround.

With the recent changes in DST, you may want to synchronize your web server with a public Internet Time Server.

To access server time settings in Plesk:

• Login
• Choose Server
• Choose Server Time

Set the correct time zone, in my case EST/EDT to compensate for Eastern Daylight Time.

Ignore System Date and Time.   These will be reset when you synch with the Time Server.

Check synchronize system time and choose an OpenAccess Time Server from a public NTP list.

You should see the server time automatically update itself when the sychronization is successful.
